Machine Capabilities

Nuclear Fittings Limited  is a supplier of custom screw machined and CNC machined parts from a variety of materials such as: cold rolled steels in various grades, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, aluminum, brass alloys, copper and bronze and plastics. 

All of parts are made to our customers prints and specifications
 

 We currently supply parts from .031" to 4.00" diameters, with lengths up to 14". We can hold +/-.0001" tolerances on diameters. We can manufacture both small and large production runs with   quantities ranging from 25 to 1,000,000+ pieces.          

Our current machinery for manufacturing includes:      

Escomatics, Brown and Sharpe single spindles, Bechler swiss screw machines, CNC machining centers, CNC Lathes and Davenports . We also have a full range of secondary equipment for drilling, tapping, milling, broaching and centerless grinding. Other services available to our customers include ROHS compliant plating and heat treating.
